Katrina Petter | Director of Art in Public Space Lower Austria

*1979 in Feldkirch, lives in Vienna, works in St. Pölten. Studied journalism and communication science as well as art history at the University of Vienna. Since 2004 active for Kunst im öffentlichen Raum Niederösterreich, which she took over as director in 2018. Curator of exhibition projects such as Fortsetzung folgt (Kunstraum Niederösterreich, Vienna, 2008), Bird Karaoke by Regula Dettwiler (Gazebo, Vienna, 2010) and of discussion events (including Thomas Hirschhorn Mein Begriff von Kunst im öffentlichen Raum, 2008 and Über Kunst im öffentlichen Raum - forschen, schreiben, lehren, 2017). Lecturer on topics and projects of art in public space and editor of the current volumes of Kunst im öffentlichen Raum Niederösterreich and other publications on art projects, including Tatiana Lecomte.
