- The nomination must be signed by the professor of the respective Studio or Institute and specify the kind of Traineeship (student or graduate Traineeship) and the number of months that the student may already have spent abroad with Erasmus. The form is available at the International Office.
In case of doctoral studies, the nomination must be signed by the supervisor of the doctoral thesis.
The nomination must be submitted via email to the International Office prior to completion of the studies (date on the form).
- Six weeks before a Traineeship, when the future employer has already been decided upon, the nomination and the completed Learning Agreement for Traineeship (the form is available at the International Office) must be submitted to the head of the competent Curricula Commission. The head will then confirm on the Learning Agreement whether the Traineeship will be recognised/accredited and whether ECTS Credits will be awarded – or not. The Learning Agreement must specify the details of the Traineeship workplace (name, address, phone number, website), the content of the Traineeship as stated in the Agreement, and the duration of the Traineeship.
- At the latest three weeks before the Traineeship starts, both the nomination and the Learning Agreement for Traineeship must be submitted to the International Office. A valid Learning Agreement for Traineeship must have been signed by the employer, by the head of the competent Curricula Commission, and by the International Office.
- No later than the 1 st or 15 th of each month, you will receive an email informing you that the Erasmus+ grant has been awarded, so that the Traineeship can start on the following 1 st or 15 th of the (following) month.
