Information for Applicants

After you have applied using the online form (please find the link at the end of the respective job advertisement), your application will be forwarded to the head of the advertising institute or organizational unit (department) electronically.

After the application deadline has expired, those candidates best suitable for the opening will be invited for interviews. All applicants will be informed of the outcome of the entire application procedure.

You will then be contacted by the competent organizational unit or by the Rector's Office when you are expected to commence your position at the Academy of Fine Arts, Vienna, and when you can sign your employment contract. You will be notified regarding all necessary documents by our Human Resources Staff.
