Encouraging diversity: Developing a process-oriented information and communication platform for art studies fostering social inclusion

Platform Vielfalt is a project of the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts in cooperation with other Austrian art universities and educational and cultural initiatives. The central goal is the development of an interactive platform that establishes a target-group-specific information and communication tool on art studies at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. The platform is aimed in particular at high school students, young adults and career changers whose access to knowledge about artistic professions and study opportunities may be limited due to their social or regional settings. The participatory development supports networking and exchange, which promotes a sustainable, long-term structural change.
