20 Seconds for Art
Open, single-stage design competition for an artistic spot on the subject of art in Vienna’s public space, to be shown on all INFOSCREEN displays within the city’s network in July and August 2013.
Subject: The competition calls for soundless twenty-second spots on the subject of art in the city of Vienna’s public space which interpret this theme in an artistic manner. The objective is to make the subject of art in the city of Vienna’s public space accessible to a broad public and make sure the people remember it: What is art in public space? What does art in public space trigger?What is the importance of art in Vienna’s public space?
The call is directed at artists, students of art, graphic art, or film, graduates in these fields, as well as persons working in the sphere of art from Austria and abroad who are at least eighteen years old.
