The installation "The Unseen Design: Reclaiming Charlotte Perriand's Vision" highlights the overlooked contributions of Charlotte Perriand to the iconic chaise longue often attributed solely to Le Corbusier. Using transparent fabric and invisible ink, the artwork invites visitors to rediscover Perriand's visionary work. Part of Gender & Space studio (IKA).

Charlotte Perriand was a pioneering designer whose contributions to modern architecture and furniture design often remained in the shadow of her male colleagues. The exhibition "The Unseen Design: Reclaiming Charlotte Perriand's Vision" focuses on her involvement in creating the iconic LC4 chaise longue, widely misattributed to Le Corbusier. The centerpiece artwork features transparent fabric with a black acrylic sketch of the chair—symbolizing what is seen. Hidden elements of Perriand's work, drawn with invisible ink and revealed by UV light, showcase her sketches, notes, and unseen contributions. This exhibition invites visitors to reflect on the erasure of female creativity in design history.
