The Guest
Performative tryptich by Max Landegren. Final presentation Institute for Fine Arts.
The Guest is a performative triptych that has been developed over the academic year 2022/23. The parts are presented individually and simultaneously in three different locations.
Each part contains: a wooden construction kit, a vinyl mat and a durational performance. The construction kit is presented in three different compositions: assembled compressed, assembled expanded or disassembled. Each and every day of Parcours a two-hour performance shift takes place in one of the locations. The performance is demonstrating the assembling and the disassembling of the compositions one after the other, continuously for the duration of the shift.
