Study Day with Emmelyn Butterfield-Rosen
The Study Day is comprised of a workshop (10–13 h) on The Human Figure in Modern Art. Nijinsky's L‘Après-midi d'un faune (1912) and a book presentation & discussion (17–18 h).
Emmelyn Butterfield-Rosen is the author of the groundbreaking book Modern Art & the Remaking of Human Disposition (The University of Chicago Press, 2021) and, as of September 2023, Assistant Professor at the Institute of Fine Arts at New York University.
