She is professor and curator of the Museum of Contemporary Art from the University of São Paulo (MAC – USP). Graduated in History at the University of Campinas - UNICAMP (1992), MSc in Art History and Culture by the same institution (1995), and Ph.D. in History and Criticism of Art at the University of São Paulo - USP (2000). She served as editorial coordinator of the “Fundação Bienal de São Paulo” between 2001 and 2008. Ana is also a member of the Brazilian Committee of Art History (CBHA) since 2000. Scholarship Productivity CNPq 2 (2013-2015). Her research lines are Theory and Criticism of Art, with the "MAC USP Collection - History and Memory" and "A Collection of Italian Art in Brazil" projects, and History of Museum Processes and Collections, with the "Critical reassessment and Cataloging Collection update from MAC USP" project .
