We are in search of performative formats that relate to the Kunstraum’s annual topic and experiment with modes of representation in the visual arts, in the context of an institution at the interface between art, science, and technology. Strabag Artaward has been awarded in Austria since 1994 and internationally since 2009. The art prize awards artists up to the age of 40 years, working in the fields of painting and drawing. The project "Arts of Change - Change of Arts" offers you the opportunity to further educate yourself in terms of content, methodology and strategy on the topic of "art, sustainability and socio-ecological transformation" between March and November 2021, to connect with students from all six Austrian art universities and to implement trans- and interdisciplinary projects on this topic.
