Dennis graduated with honors in June 2023, studying in the Studio for Post-conceptual Art (IBK) under Marina Grzinic. The diploma work "Will You Marry Me?" explores the complex of passport politics, marriage, and migration.

In the following we would like to inform you about the upcoming activities, events and calls of the Center for Doctoral Studies. You can find further funding opportunities for doctoral candidates below.
In November, we will have an Open Door of the Center for Doctoral Studies. All of you who would like to exchange ideas with other doctoral students and colleagues and find out about the offers of the Center for Doctoral Studies are invited to visit us on November 21, 2023, from 3:00 to 4:30 pm (room 201, Schillerplatz 3). The Registrar’s Office will also be represented and be happy to answer all your questions. You can find more information about the event here. Registration is not required.
On November 22, 2023, all interested doctoral candidates and (early) postdocs are cordially invited to a Coffee Table Talk on the topic "Pathways to an Early Postdoc Career". More information can be found here.
Save the date for everyone who wants to prepare for the last steps in their doctoral studies: On January 18, 2024, we will have a Coffee Table Talk online event discussing the "Final Steps: Dissertation Submission and Defensio". More about the event can be found here.
